MASSIVE hiring for BILINGUAL (English / Spanish) Customer Service Representatives! Providing the first point of contact for customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience for a reputable company.

Job Details :

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Provide information about products and services
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers
• Maintain customer records and update account information
• Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift
• Building and maintaining customer relationships
• Keeping records confidential
• Room for growth within the company

Requirements :

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field with extensive phone interaction
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns
• Proficiency in using office software and CRM systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Fluency in Spanish
• High School Diploma or equivalent
