Job Title : Inventory Management Associate

Responsibilities :
Receive and organize site materials
Manage a team of receiving associates and provide guidance and support
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate receipt of goods
Implement and maintain processes for receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming materials
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the inventory control team to maintain accurate records
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized receiving area
Experience :
Previous experience in shipping / receiving or warehouse roles
Proven experience in team management and leadership
Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and practices
Familiarity with materials handling equipment and techniques
Knowledge of distribution center operations and logistics processes
Proficient in using computer systems for inventory management and data analysis
