Associate Manager Product Management Support, K&B Asia Pacific

BASIC FUNCTION

Accountable for executing the New Product Schedule utilizingcross-functional resources and the NPD process. Responsible for product modification request for project market andhe / she is to work with Asia product team, local channel marketing andengineering to achieve modification objective.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Program Management :

Work with different functions head (engineering / plant team) to lead product modification to address project needs especially for all categories.

Centralize modification request and share the modification feasibility to all Asia channel team to support business in fast response.

Summarizes and analyses the modification process and optimize the process and speed to support business.

Makes CPD (Current product development) project plan, such as project schedule, status report, action list, checklist, etc.

Solves outstanding issues and follows up the process.

Product Marketing Support

SAP System support Pricing / Product info set up for non-Asia source product.

Compile internal unit sales report monthly.

Skills / Requirements

Theideal candidate should possess a minimum Bachelor’s degree. This person shouldwork in similar MKT function for at least 8 years.

Experienced in Bath and Kitchen facility, especially Fixture Products industry would certainly be aplus. He / she should have strong commercial sense and analytical skill.

Thecandidate should also been well experienced with adequate MS office software.

Language Requirement : English, Chinese (Better to communicate with cross function team located in China)
