Associate Product Manager, Technology & Data Platforms, Kallista

Opportunity
Kallista is looking for a highly collaborative individual with outstanding communication skills to join a budding marketing team in the luxury kitchen and bath space.
This position will report to the director of brand and communications and will be responsible for driving business growth through digital initiatives including revenue generation, product management, data driven decision making, and stakeholder communication.

Specific Responsibilities
Revenue Generation
- Owns website performance and optimization of UX / UI; build a revenue generating tool stack.
- Effectively manages roadmap and external agencies to optimize agency output and ultimately grow web traffic and lead conversion.
Product management / Technical Ownership
Create and maintain a year-long rolling Product Roadmap that outlines product delivery plans including milestones, and tentative release dates.
Effectively conveys the product strategy to technical and non-technical audiences and aligns technology solutions / capabilities to business problems and processes.
- Owns migration to or integration of new marketing technology including but not limited to the email service provider ESP, DAM, PIM, etc.
- Manage cross-functional communication with stakeholders, SMEs, and IT Data and Analytics Leaders on Product Roadmap updates, releases, support / production issues, and decisions that impact several business and technology areas of the company.
- Identifies opportunities for business-led delivery and provides consultative support on business-led technology initiatives.
- Monitor system performance to ensure it is meeting agreed upon service levels; identifies solutions or alternatives when it is not meeting service levels.
Analytics / Data Driven Decision Making
Analyzes and reports on digital performance including but not limited to site traffic, conversions, SEO, and paid social;
Proactively and clearly presents insights and makes recommendations to senior management.
Owns architecture of data and analytics tools including GA4 and various platform data.
Market awareness; stakeholder awareness
- Actively cultivates relationships with internal colleagues and business partners including Kallista leadership, Kohler IT, external development and UX / UI agencies, and SEO agency.
- Prioritizing understanding of market, customer and site users; putting them at the center of decision-making.
- Drive change management across diverse functional areas when introducing data solutions that will affect the way individuals work;
and get users’ commitment to adopt new solutions and to change their business processes if needed.
Skills / Requirements
- Undergraduate Degree in one or a combination of the following : Business, Information Technology, Information Systems, or Business Analytics.
- Master's Degree in any of the earlier disciplines strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of work experience in a technology role.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product Analyst.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience building go-to-market digital products, including but limited to marketing automation, marketing campaign intelligence solutions, BI solutions for marketing, or solutions in platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Has worked with Agile development teams for at least 1 year.
Preferred
- Data visualization in any BI tool or code library.
- Experience defining, creating, delivering, and maintaining data and analytics solutions in the cloud. Experience with GA4 a plus.
- Exposure to modern enterprise systems such as Warehouse Management Systems, Enterprise Resource Planning, Marketing and Sales Clouds, or enterprise reporting environments.
- Data Analysis in Excel, SQL, Python, R, or any combination of these.
- Understanding of modern data ecosystems, data management, data governance, and data products (cloud data warehousing, analytics in the cloud).
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and strategies; proven ability to effectively direct an SEO agency.
- Systems architecture experience : proven ability to lead and manage product integrations integration (, SAP, DAM, PIM);
ability identify systems optimization opportunities and make recommendations.
Experience designing and developing front-end and back-end web architecture; Developing servers and databases, and APIs.
Natural interest in staying up to date with industry developments.

The salary range for this position is $89,800 - $114,100. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
