Full Service Real Estate and Development Company seeking an Occupany Specialist to join their team!
hours are 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm fully in office
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Experience with Low-Income Section Hud Properties
- Experience with Assisted Senior Living a plus
- Experience as an occupancy specialist or related experience
- Experience with recertification process
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible for maintaining Logbooks, interviewing applicants, tenant billing and processing rent payments.
- Tenant certification (verifying all income / assets and or medical expenses) and taking calls from potential applicants and current tenants.
- Must have knowledge of MS, Work, Excel and MS Outlook, and have good organizational skills.
- Liaison with Property Managers, Social Service Coordinators, and tenants.
