Essential Functions
- Capable of providing second and third level support to our Solution Center Team (Help Desk)
- Act as a member of the Cyber Security team, monitoring incoming alerts (CrowdStrike, Sentinel) and acting accordingly.

Qualifications
- Minimum seven (7) years of experience in Information Technology.
- Motivated self-starter.
- Ability to learn quickly and carry out assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Project management experience would be preferred.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Establish and continuously improve processes to adapt to a constantly evolving environment.
- Proven time management and organization.
- Working knowledge of applications & processes.
- Ability to execute multiple assignments by required deadlines.
- Experience with identifying and escalating issues.
- Proven communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Possess a global perspective on the business and impacts to other business units.
- Understand and mitigate risk.
- Collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to identify, prioritize, and escalate issues appropriately.
- Familiarity with general risks and controls as it relates to Change Management, Incident Management, Disaster Recovery, Information Integrity, Capacity Planning, Security Administration, and Vendor Management.
Preferred Education & Experience
- Degree in related area
- Certifications : Relevant certifications such as ITIL, ITSM, Microsoft related, PMP, or others are a plus
