Job Title : Back Office Medical Assistant Floater
Job Description
The Floater will perform quality team-based patient care under the direct supervision of a clinician for both clinical and administrative functions to promote health and wellness in a safe and friendly environment.
Supports clinician and care management teams in assessing, maintaining chronic disease management, examining, and treating pediatric patient population.
The medical assistant floater is responsible for performing all laboratory testing procedures and phlebotomy, including venipuncture, finger sticks, and heel sticks.
This floating employee will be working in various offices to support in either the MA role or dedicated lab station.
Hard Skills
- Knowledge of laboratory quality control requirements

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Miami Lakes, Florida.
Work Environment
100% onsite : floats between Miami Lakes, Miami Lakes East, Miramar, Hialeah, Ives Estate.
Shift : Monday-Friday, 10 : 00am-7 : 00pm (AND Every-Other-Saturday 7 : 45am-12 : 00pm)
No Overtime
