Position Overview :
Are you a passionate educator with a knack for making physics exciting and accessible? Soliant Education is seeking an experienced High School Physics Teacher for a full-time, year-long contract position in Chester, PA.
This role is perfect for a dedicated individual eager to inspire students and deepen their understanding of the physical sciences.
Responsibilities :
- Design and deliver prehensive physics lessons that meet state standards and engage students with real-world applications.
- Assess student progress through various evaluation methods, providing feedback and support to help them excel.
- Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that fosters curiosity and encourages scientific inquiry.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school administration to support and enhance the educational experience.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and classroom activities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Physics, Education, or a related field.
- Valid Pennsylvania teaching certification for high school science.
- In-depth knowledge of high school physics curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
- Strong munication and organizational skills, with a passion for making plex concepts understandable and engaging.
