The Healthcare Navigation Leader will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction and growth of our healthcare navigation business.

Leveraging an expertise in product management and business strategy, you will drive the development and commercialization of innovative navigation solutions that address the evolving needs of patients, providers, and payers.

Your leadership will be pivotal in establishing our organization as a market leader in healthcare navigation.

What You’ll Do :

Develop and execute strategic plans for the healthcare navigation business, with a focus on product innovation, market expansion, and revenue growth.

Identify market opportunities, competitive threats, and emerging trends to inform strategic decision-making.

  • Lead the development and launch of new healthcare navigation products and services, from concept ideation up to commercialization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, design, engineering, and commercial, to define product requirements, features, and roadmaps.
  • Manage a team and develop their skills and capabilities
  • Effectively manage relationships with major vendors and service providers
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points related to healthcare navigation.

Use insights to inform product strategy, positioning, and differentiation in the market.

Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conception through end-of-life, ensuring product offerings remain competitive, relevant, and aligned with market dynamics.

What you’ll Need

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, business development, or strategic leadership roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience in a Health Navigation organization and recognized thought leader
  • Strong people manager who has experience leading through transformation
  • Ability to collaborate, build relationships and influence individuals at all levels in a matrix-management environment (as well as external vendors and service providers) to ensure that segregation and overlapping roles are identified and coordinated.
  • Strong organizational skills, the ability to perform under pressure and management of multiple priorities with competing demands for resources.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, drive cross-functional collaboration, and achieve business objectives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data, identify actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong business acumen, financial literacy, and experience managing budgets, forecasts, and P&L statements.
  • Calmness and clarity of thought while under pressure.
