TrisianGlobal Consulting LLC is recruiting for anexperienced IT Business Analyst with a strong background in theagriculture industry and a passion for leveraging technology todrive business success.

In this role you will work closely withinternal clients vendors and partner firms to identify theirbusiness needs gather requirements and develop solutions that alignwith their goals.

You will be responsible for analyzing dataidentifying trends and providing insights to help make informedbusiness decisions.

KeyResponsibilities :

  • Collaborate with clients to understand theirbusiness needs and gather requirements for ITsolutions
  • Conduct research and analysis toidentify industry trends and bestpractices
  • Develop and maintain relationshipswith key stakeholders to ensure alignment of IT solutions withbusiness goals
  • Create project plans and manageproject timelines to ensure timely delivery ofsolutions
  • Conduct user acceptance testing toensure quality and functionality of ITsolutions
  • Provide training and support toendusers to ensure successful implementation and adoption of ITsolutions
  • Monitor and report on the performanceof IT solutions and make recommendations forimprovements
  • Stay uptodate with the latesttechnology advancements and make recommendations for theirimplementation in the agriculture industry

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Information TechnologyBusiness Administration or a relatedfield
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an ITBusiness Analyst preferably in the agricultureindustry
  • Strong understanding of agriculturebusiness processes and operations
  • Experiencewith project management and agilemethodologies
  • Proficient in data analysis andreporting tools
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Ability to workindependently and in a team environment
  • Strongproblemsolving and critical thinkingskills
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and theirimplementation is a plus

ABOUTTHE JOB

The Decision SupportAnalyst is responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycleby collaborating with a proficient internal team of subject matterexperts and external consultants.

This involves schedulingdelegating monitoring and prioritizing several ongoing standardizedprojects and working with program managers and department leads tointake work related to larger strategic efforts.

This position isresponsible for owning the delivery of projects by managing projecttimelines tasks resources user expectations and communication.

The ideal candidate will help teams expandtheir project management competencies by ensuring they have welldefined backlogs prioritizing tasks conducting capacity exercisesand identifying opportunities for process improvement to improveoverall work efficiency.

WHATYOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

  • Manages third party resources assigned toHelena projects.
  • Performs appropriate scopeanalysis and lessons learned.
  • Identifies andestablishes stakeholders and appropriate projectgovernance.
  • Identifies and schedulesappropriate project team resources.
  • Formulatesfunctional requirements defines and documents the scope andobjectives of the project based on user needs and demonstrates athorough understanding of Helenas business processes.
  • Develops and executes rollout strategiescutover plans enduser training support and enduserdocumentation.
  • Responsible for all projectcommunications.
  • Manages multiple projectssimultaneously.
  • Provides excellent customerservice to all internal and externalcustomers.
  • Other workrelated duties as assignedby your leader.
  • Regular and reliable attendanceis required.
  • Follows all company policies andprocedures.

EDUCATION& EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors degree in business administrationinformation management MIS supply chain accounting or related fieldis required.
  • Two years of experience managingthird party technical resources isrequired.
  • Project or Project ManagementCertification is required.
  • Two years of provenexperience managing projects related to cloud migrations enterprisebusiness suite applications or integration platform implementationsis highly preferred.

SKILLS &QUALIFICATIONS

  • BasicSQL experience or report writing ispreferred.
  • Ability to read write and speak inEnglish is required.
  • Communicating in Spanishis a valuable skill at Helena.
  • Computer skillsincluding working knowledge of Microsoft Office arerequired.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPointis required.

WORKENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ASPECTS OF THE JOB

The work environment for this position is that of atypical office environment where the noise level is mostly quiet.This position requires you to use your hands for many differenttasks and to talk hear walk stand and sit.

You may be occasionallyrequired to lift or move up to 10 pounds.
