Job Overview
Under the guidance and direct supervision of the Program Manager, the Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day decision making activities that concern the program, staff, and clients and will assure compliance with the program objectives.
The Program Supervisor will lead
and monitor program performance, as well as staff performance in meeting program goals. The Program Supervisor will assure the compliance of fiscal line-item expenditures and assist with budget development
Minimum Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Social Services, Sociology, Human Services, Counseling, management or related field required; Master degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience required with family or youth case management services.
3. Minimum 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
4. Bilingual Spanish / English preferred due to population served.
