Hiring FT Toddler Teacher

We are now hiring a Lead Teacher for our second toddler classroom! If you have toddler (2 3-year-old) experience and are ready to become part of a collaborative Montessori community, this could be you! We offer excellent benefits, PTO, and company paid accredited Montessori training.

Your Role :

In this Lead Guide role, you will create and lead a model classroom as part of our founding team. Through your efforts, parents will see what's possible for their child when authentic, high-quality Montessori is alive and well in the prepared environment.

You will be provided with a full set of high-quality materials from leading manufacturers, along with a classroom budget to make your classroom unique.

We'd love to talk to you if you :

• Experience working with children ages 0-6
• 10 Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development credits ( preferred )
