- Provideleadershipandinnovativestrategiesforoptimizingsourcingeffectiveness
- CoordinateandworkwithExecutiveTeamtosupportlongtermbusinessstrategicgoals.
- Establish strongsupplierrelationships,effectivelymanagecategorysupplybase, perform advance negotiations, and oversee selection of key suppliers.
- Activelymonitorvendorand internal performance againstcontracts, industry benchmarks,and previous baselines. Develop and submit reports to Executive management
- Identifyandevaluatemarketchanges-makeappropriate fact-baserecommendations
