Vehicle Acquisition Representative
Job Summary :
This is a unique role that works in the buying sector. It is a great opportunity to work for a high-volume sales leader.
You will have access to appraisal tools and be able to directly work with the public to source vehicles.
Responsibilities :
- Monitor and track all incoming leads from Kelly Blue Book ICO
- Contact sellers via phone, text, and email
- Input and follow up on leads using our CRM system
- Set appraisal appointments with sellers
- Obtain and provide all necessary documentation for purchases
- Conduct accurate vehicle assessments by collecting and recording all required information for customer appraisal.
- Assist in setting up appointments with the sales team for the trade leads
- Track all purchases and trades acquired via Kelly Blue Book ICO leads and provide a weekly report on the number of leads and acquisitions.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications :
- Must have the ability to retain crucial information regarding the retail / wholesale vehicle market
- Proven organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate ability to multi-task, handle frequent interruptions, and be able to shift priorities
- Demonstrate strong and effective oral and written communication skills
- Professional and well-groomed appearance
Education and Experience :
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Sales License required
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
Physical Requirements :
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
Required Skills / Abilities :
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficient understanding of CRM systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
