Skills - Enquero Inc. - A Genpact Company in San Jose, CA is seeking experienced Project Specialist-IT to perform systems management and integration functions, improve existing computer systems, and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and schedule limitations.
Job duties and responsibilities include :
- Provide industry best practices, advisory and support services to technology-based application development with digital transformations.
- Strategize, implement, and maintain account level initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.
- Lead ServiceNow account delivery with the multiple project teams viz., CPQ, Celonis, QA and Staff augmentation ensuring program goals are reached.
- Establish AGILE / SCRUM framework to drive scope-in deliverables through Scrum Cadence.
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders.
- Define, implement, maintain, and communicate program management procedures and processes to enable work streams to deliver against the defined goals and scope on time within the budget.
- Define, implement, and monitor metrics and KPIs to report project status and ensure ongoing strategic alignment with short and long-term business objectives.
- Establish Master delivery plan traverse through client steerco executives, leadership, and impact stakeholders.
- Create weekly steerco executives report shared with the VPs and stakeholders with interactive iteration burn down-charts, Velocity chart and defects aging chart using tools like JIRA & Rally.
- Enforce Kanban principles as a Scrum Master that result in reduction of cycle time by 25%.
- Establish and manage Agile based application creation and deployment, which increases ease and efficiency of container image creation against VMs under IBM’s cloud-based Kubernetes service.
- Create and submit project plans, deployment instructions, release notes and validation plan to release management for every quarterly and off-cycle release.
- Deliver PMO services to clients through consultative skills blended with technical subject-matter expertise and project execution skills across teams and programs.
- Manage and deliver long-term sustainable solutions for the products / programs which includes development, deployments, systems integrations, digital transformations, data governance, security and compliance, standard policies, and business rules engine.
- Provide in-depth review throughout programs.
- Document, track, and monitor EPIC / Features execution plans using tools like JIRA and SURF.
Minimum requirements : Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
Foreign degree equivalents are acceptable. Any combination of education and experience as equivalent to a U.S. Bachelor’s degree as determined by a recognized credential evaluation service is also acceptable.
