Job Description :

As a Senior Financial Analyst - Financial Transformation at Augmentjobs, you will play a crucial role in leading and executing financial transformation initiatives.

This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in financial analysis and project management. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive process improvements, enhance financial reporting systems, and support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities :

Financial Analysis & Reporting : Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess current financial processes and systems. Develop and present comprehensive reports on financial performance, transformation progress, and key metrics to senior management.

Transformation Strategy : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement financial transformation strategies that align with the company'

s long-term goals. Identify areas for improvement in financial processes and systems, and propose innovative solutions.

Project Management : Lead financial transformation projects from inception to completion. Develop project plans, set milestones, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery of project goals.

Data Management : Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of financial data to support transformation initiatives.

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across various financial systems.

Process Improvement : Evaluate and enhance existing financial processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Implement best practices and technology solutions to streamline operations.

Stakeholder Engagement : Act as a liaison between finance and other departments to ensure alignment on transformation objectives.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to drive project success and address any issues that arise.

Compliance & Controls : Ensure that all financial transformation activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.

Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard financial integrity.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.

g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.

Experience : 6 to 10 years of experience in financial analysis, project management, or financial transformation roles. Proven track record of leading successful financial transformation projects.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools. Advanced knowledge of financial systems and ERP platforms.

Strong Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Analytical Skills : Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

Project Management : Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Communication : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to senior management and other stakeholders.

Leadership : Strong leadership qualities with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams. Experience in managing and mentoring junior analysts is a plus.

Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
