Position Overview :

The Senior Financial Strategy Consultant will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction and strategic initiatives of Augmentjobs.

This role is responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, conducting in-depth financial analysis, and providing strategic recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Financial Planning : Develop and execute long-term financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Monitor and adjust plans as needed based on changing business conditions.

Financial Analysis and Modeling : Perform complex financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.

Analyze financial statements, market trends, and economic data to support decision-making.

Advisory Role : Provide expert advice to senior executives on financial matters, including investment opportunities, cost management, and financial performance improvement.

Risk Management : Identify and evaluate financial risks and opportunities. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and enhance financial stability.

Performance Metrics : Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of financial strategies and initiatives.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with various departments, including finance, operations, and marketing, to ensure alignment of financial strategies with overall business objectives.

Market Research : Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify potential growth areas.

Compliance : Ensure that financial practices and strategies comply with relevant regulations and standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or professional certification (e.

g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.

Experience : 5-7 years of experience in financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, or a related role, with a proven track record of strategic planning and execution.

Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic recommendations.

Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting software (e.g., Excel, financial planning tools).

Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and effectively to stakeholders.

Leadership : Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.

Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting.

Strategic Thinking : Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to financial challenges.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in a consulting environment or working with multiple clients.
