Qualifications
The Military Program Manager (MPM) will oversee the facility’s inpatient and outpatient programs to include Intensive Outpatient Program.
The MPM will provide oversight of the military program tracts both inpatient and outpatient. The MPM will serve as the liaison for referral sources, bases, and other military entities.
The MPM will engage in ongoing relationship building with various stakeholders in order to support the implementation and growth of the military programs.
The MPM interfaces with referral sources, community service agencies, businesses, employers, and healthcare facilities; the MPM ensures compliance for quality patient care and compliance with the Joint Commission standards, State Health Department requirements, and all other regulatory standards.
The MPM will exhibit leadership, supervisory and program management experience. In particular, the MPM will demonstrate the ability to monitor program outcomes, to established performance levels, to work independently as part of the team.
In addition, the MPM will develop and educate direct Military relationships in designated regional area markets. Education of the clinical criteria and administration process will generate desired utilization of the facility’s continuum of care and allow the facility management access to the needs of our communities.
Qualifications : RN or Social Worker Licensure; Military Exp. Perferred
