Growing clearing and execution services firm is seeking a Director of Trade Execution Services to join its team. This peron will oversee the comprehensive management of our Order Management System (OMS), from setup and maintenance to optimization and client interaction.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in OMS management, order routing, and a proven ability to lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional execution services.

Key Responsibilities :
Oversee the setup, configuration, and continuous maintenance of the OMS system.
Address day-to-day client inquiries regarding the OMS to ensure seamless operations.
Identify, develop, and manage relationships with brokers and liquidity providers, negotiating terms to optimize routing.
Implement and maintain routing rules to ensure adherence to best execution standards.
Manage the onboarding process for new clients, facilitating smooth integration and ongoing satisfaction.
Collaborate with clients and vendors to resolve any execution-related issues or concerns promptly.
Oversee compliance with CAT (Consolidated Audit Trail) and 606 reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Qualifications :
8+ years of experience in execution services, trading operations, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven expertise in managing OMS platforms, understanding routing protocols, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Strong knowledge of CAT and 606 reporting, and best execution practices.
Proficiency in relevant execution services software and tools, including FIX 4.2.
Client SIE, Series 7, and 24 certifications are required.
Base Salary - $175,000-$250,000 depending on experience
