A prominent law firm specializing in employment law is seeking a skilled and dedicated labor and employment attorney to join their esteemed team.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients on a wide range of labor and employment law matters
- Handle litigation and dispute resolution related to employment issues, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and employee benefits
- Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and other legal documents
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; admission to the California State Bar
- 5 Plus years of experience practicing labor and employment law, with a focus on litigation
- Strong understanding of federal and California labor and employment law
