Brand Administrative Operations Assistant
General Summary & Scope
- Organize and log brand submissions and samples, documenting feedback from category teams.
- Assist in coordinating brand meeting schedules.
- Manage SKU maintenance, ensuring accuracy per Merchant's discretion, including shelf tag requests and product description changes.
- Initiate promotional offers in Promo Advisor, inputting SKUs and coordinating with the pricing team.
- Execute marketing sign requests and proofing, maintaining accurate product samples and digital assets.
- Support the planogram process by submitting pricing requests and managing SKU coding changes.
- Prepare store memos and communication requests while addressing help desk tickets with proactive solutions.
- Provide general administrative support for brand contact maintenance and vendor meetings as needed.
