D Aceto Services LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our remote team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and assist team members in various tasks. Responsibilities
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are properly organized and accessible.
- Assist with data entry and database management.
- Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics as needed.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
- 1+ year of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
