As our Brand Manager, you will be responsible for bringing the marketing strategy for Zola, Zola for Vendors, & Zola Baby by executing compelling paid, owned & earned campaigns & initiatives.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop strategies & tactics that drive awareness & consideration, & strengthen brand health.

You will champion the Zola, Zola For Vendors & Zola Baby brands, & relentlessly pursue creative opportunities that reinforce our positioning & set us apart.

The ideal candidate is a creative & strategic thinker with experience leading brand initiatives & integrated marketing programs, from concept to execution.

Theyre a brand champion with a deep understanding of the consumer, who loves to find creative ways to make an impact.

What youll do

  • Lead integrated marketing planning & execution for all Zola, Zola For Vendors & Zola Baby brand initiatives & campaigns, including objective / goal setting, strategy development, briefing / ideation, execution & measurement / post analysis
  • Conceptualize & execute fresh ideas that capture our audiences attention, differentiate our brand, & make a business impact
  • Support PR & Social with narrative-building & messaging consistency
  • Partner with business stakeholders to develop & execute a comprehensive brand strategy that positions Zola for Vendors as the most trusted & leading solution within the wedding vendor community
  • Create & execute a B2B content strategy to drive expertise & engagement amongst prospective & existing wedding vendors, & own the briefing & distribution of content across channels
  • Lead our Zola For Vendors ambassador strategy, identifying & engaging ambassadors & creators who align with our values to increase reach & amplify brand messaging
  • Take charge of our Zola For Vendors events strategy, identifying where we need to be & in what capacity, & collaborate with cross-functional team to ensure flawless planning & execution across all channels
  • Support the Zola For Vendors Sales & Account Management teams with up on-brand collateral, impactful marketing materials, & marketing tools that will allow them to generate leads & drive conversion

The Ideal Candidate has / is

  • 6+ years of marketing experience, ideally with a combination of B2C & B2B businesses
  • The ability to lead cross-functional teams, & collaborate with internal stakeholders to bring projects from concept to execution
  • Strong creative & strategic acumen, with the ability to originate brand ideas & identify new opportunities & see them through to final execution
  • A consumer-first mindset, with the ability to empathize & develop strategies & solutions that resonate with our target audiences
  • Incredible project management skills, with strong work ethic, responsiveness, & a results-oriented mindset. Theyre reliable, in the details, & can navigate a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while staying organized
  • Great communication & interpersonal skills, & a knack for building strong internal & external relationships

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $95,000.
