Our company is growing and in need of a well-spoken, professional, and friendly Customer Service / Account Manager. RoadEx Solutions is an invoice factoring company for the freight industry.

We are growing and are looking for the right candidate to help sustain our continued growth.

The Customer Service / Account Manager will oversee multiple factoring client accounts by providing exceptional customer service, as well as assist with onboarding of new factoring and fuel card prospects via underwriting.

This position will also support our accounting and finance team with other duties and projects as needed. This is a Monday to Friday position from 8 : 30AM to 5 : 00PM.

Responsibilities

  • Assist factoring clients with paperwork, invoice, payment, and collection issues
  • Train clients how to use factoring portal
  • Respond to requests from freight brokerages in need of items from factoring clients
  • Oversee processing and collections team to ensure purchases are accurate in factoring software and monitor collection efforts.
  • Perform verification, processing, and collection duties when necessary
  • Perform credit checks on potential factoring debtors as needed
  • Post customer check payments into factoring software and scan checks via check scanner

Position Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills to effectively connect with team and customers
  • Highly organized and detail oriented to manage schedule, document interactions and professionally follow up on requests, issues and projects
  • Ability to maintain records and multi-task within various responsibilities
  • Skilled in dealing with financial and numeric data
  • Self-starter who takes initiative to accomplish department goals
  • Positive attitude and able to work well with various departments as well as clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and use of office equipment
  • Preferred : 2 years of customer contact experience
