Position Details

Position : Benefits Specialist

Location : Orange, CA 92868

Pay Rate : $35.28-42.03 / hr

Duration : 3-6 months

Schedule : Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm PST)

Summary

Under general direction, performs full scope of activities related to benefits administration including but not limited to health benefits, supplemental benefits, retirement programs, and deferred compensation. Researches, analyzes, and evaluates agency benefit plans / programs to identify change initiatives.

Qualifications

Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field and a minimum of three years professional benefits administration experience. Certified Benefits Professional designation preferred.
