As an Event Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing a variety of events, ranging from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and community outreach activities. You will be responsible for every detail, working closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements, and ensuring that each event aligns with their goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Liaise with clients to ascertain their requirements and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and venues to secure the best value and services for each event.
• Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets while tracking expenditures to stay within budget.
• Create promotional materials and conduct marketing efforts to drive attendance and engagement for events.
• Oversee event logistics including venue selection, catering, transportation, audio-visual needs, and on-site coordination.
