We are located just miles from downtown Chattanooga in the heart of beautiful Signal Mountain, TN.
The Animal Hospital of Signal Mountain is adding a new facet to our already established practice, and we are looking for a dedicated, independent, and experienced urgent care / extended hours veterinarian.
We have found a need within our community for our clients and their pets for urgent care / extended hours services.Many of our families are two parent working households and with the ever-changing cost of pet care our clients have asked us for a solution to the emergency room cost and the need for later care options for their pets.
Our solution is to offer urgent care and after-hours options.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced urgent care / extended hours veterinarian to join our team. The successful applicant will also be seeing preventative care appointments as well.
Expectations for the role :
- Availability from 4p-12a, Monday-Friday
- The ability to work independently and make critical medical decisions
- Strong communication skills with clients, staff, and other veterinarians
- The ability to provide compassionate and progressive medical care
- Proficient in wellness, surgical, radiograph, ultrasound, and diagnostic treatments
