Paralegal
LEGAL ASSISTANT / LITIGATION PARALEGAL NEEDED IMMEDIATELY!
An established law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant / Paralegal in Litigation with 3+ years experience in Kansas City Area .
Qualifications :
- Must have experience with all aspects of litigation.
- Experience with e-filing in all courts.
- Handle all supporting documents for service; file organization and calendaring from start to finish.
- Knowledge with various legal software including TimeMatters, HotDocs, and time entries to assist attorney(s).
Candidate must be detail oriented, organized, able to interact professionally with clients, courts, third parties (e.g. banks, financial institutions, realtors, etc.
concerning active files, be highly proactive with the ability to work independently, multi-task and run various projects.
