Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in attracting and retaining exceptional employees.
In this position, you will be responsible for continuously seeking out talent, developing a compelling employment brand, and fostering positive relationships with candidates and employees.
You will also serve as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) for responsible departments.
Responsibilities :
Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts with respective department leaders.
Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
Lead employment branding initiatives
Source and find candidates qualified for open positions using various sources, like social media networks and employee referral for open positions.
Conduct recruitment processes
Ensure positive candidate experiences.
Assist in employee retention and development.
Use metrics to analyze recruitment data and support effective talent acquisition strategies.
Serve as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) for responsible departments to align business objectives with people plan and anticipates HR related needs.
Requirements :
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role
Familiar with talent markets of industries of Power Electronics, Power Systems, Automation, Automotive, Data Centers, and Manufacturing.
strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills in their work sourcing top talent and ensuring that staff members are productive and satisfied.
Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Good time-management skills
8 + years relevant working experience
