As a Call Center Associate, you’ll play a vital role in cultivating and maintaining the Restore culture. We’re looking for a team-oriented individual with strong communication skills to assist our clients with a wide range of inquiries and support needs.

Key Roles as a Call Center Associate Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone call, text message, and email Follow up with leads acquired through our digital marketing efforts Assist clients with booking appointments and navigating our services Provide information about Restore’s wellness services and products Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and their concerns are addressed Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality customer service Stay up-to-date with our services, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills Qualifications You’re a health and wellness enthusiast and have a passion for fitness.

You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You have strong problem-solving abilities and can handle challenging situations with ease.

You are comfortable using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other call center technologies. You have a passion for sales You have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.

You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Bachelor’s degree is plus, but not required.
