Overall Purpose of the Quality Inspector
Provide Quality services and support for all missions assigned to a manufacturing or warehouse site while ensuring a healthy and safe work environment.
Reports to
Site Supervisor / Site Leaders
Responsibilities
To include but not limited to the following)
Client Relationship & Business Development
Act as an impartial third party between the production source and the customer facility to ensure the product meets set criteria
Operations
Check / inspect manufactured parts or products for defects
Read and follow work instructions and general processes
Use measuring or testing equipment as needed
Ensure products meet quality standards
Display excellent customer service
Must comply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies
Organization & Management
Collect and record data
Technical
Utilize company portal for time recording and policy acknowledgements
Other
Any other duties as assigned

Two years of experience working in a clinical setting and serving geriatric patients Previous experience in a long-term care setting preferred Proven ability to create psychosocial assessments, including developing and implementing viable care plans Previous experience writing assessments/reports to monitor client progress Exceptional ability to empathize with residents Up-to-date compliance Tuberculosis (TB) test (two-step is preferred) Physical exam within the last 12 months Job Duties Work closely with residents (and their family members) to identify their unique psychosocial, mental, and emotional needs Participate in reviewing and setting policies concerning resident care and quality of life Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote and protect resident rights and the well-being of each resident Ensure or provide therapeutic interventions to assist residents in coping with their transition and adjustment to living in long-term care Develop, maintain and utilize a comprehensive list of community resources that may be helpful to residents and their families Prevent, address, and report resident abuse as mandated by law and professional licensure Coordinate resident discharge planning and make referrals to appropriate home care/hospice services Benefits Weekly
