As a Solutions Engineer, Marketing & Customer Experience on the North American Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in shaping how customers experience our technology.
You will make a positive impact by :
- Managing the deployment of new immersive experiences within multiple activation environments with the ability to expertly showcase various IoT, Cloud, Hardware and Software solutions.
- Organizing customer demos at the experience center, events and showrooms ensuring that all solutions are fully operational and set up to deliver an immersive and optimal customer experience with our technology
- Acting as the technical and solution expert for marketing projects, providing insights and feedback to product teams when new features or enhancements are needed.
- Partnering with technical architects and solution engineers to learn new technologies
- Collaborating with the marketing team to design and implement technology solutions for Customer Experience Centers, showrooms, events and tradeshows.
- Translating marketing needs and collateral into technical terms and drive team efforts to design, build, and manage technology solutions that enhance our marketing initiatives.
- Customizing solutions to meet marketing needs and integrate data into our cloud platform.
- Tracking and documenting every part of the implementation process for marketing solutions.
- Managing direct and indirect communications related to assigned marketing projects, notably with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
Qualifications
Qualifications we’re looking for.
Experience :
Technical Acuity : ability to work with and design IoT or SaaS Solutions (combination of hardware and software) obtained either through education, experience or a combination of both.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role such as solution engineering & design, project management, demo engineering and / or pre-sales including experience engaging directly with customers and account teams.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and executing customer demos, events, or trade shows, focusing on delivering immersive and innovative experiences or related work designing solutions is a plus.
- Conversational depth of subject matter expertise in IT, IoT, Cloud, and Software business trends (or ability to learn and ramp quickly) from a prior sales, marketing or engineering role related to these areas.
- Experience in retail technology is a plus.
- Skills :
- Strong technical understanding of integrated hardware and software solutions with the ability to translate these technologies into compelling customer narratives.
- Excellent project management skills : managing deadlines and delivering tasks / projects on time.
- Strong presentation skills, capable of delivering complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner.
- Customer-centric approach : every decision you make revolves around enhancing the customer experience.
- Abilities :
- Ability to liaise with individuals across various operational, functional, and technical disciplines and work within a virtual global team environment.
Departments include : Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations.
- Ability to lead from a program management mindset : organizing multiple projects and teams, and plan phasing and timelines for multiple installments concurrently.
- Education :
- BA / BS in a related field : Computer Science, Marketing, Information Technology, other.
