Odyssey House is seeking a Full-Time Therapist for our FACT Program!
Summary : You can make a difference in people's lives and our community! Odyssey House, a 501(c)3 non-profit, is recognized as the best mental health and addiction treatment center in Utah.
We have open therapist positions available at our FACT program (Forensic Assertive Community Action) Our culture is rooted in education, with opportunities to gain additional certifications (paid by Odyssey) and hone your therapeutic skills.

Job Location : Salt Lake City
Compensation :
- New Therapist : Starting wage - $60,000 (negotiable based on experience)
- Fully Licensed Therapist : Starting wage $65,000 (negotiable based on experience)
- 5 years of Applicable Experience : $68,000-$70,000
Benefits Package : Approximately $22,000 Includes - medical, dental, life, and disability insurance, flexible spending account, retirement plan, paid leave, employee assistance program, and education assistance.

Requirements
- Care about people
- Willingness to learn
- Current licensure (includes CSWi, CSW, LCSW, ACMHC, CMHC, MFTi, AMFT, LMFT)
- Eligible to work in the USA
- Receive flu shot, TB test, and COVID-19 vaccine (spiritual and medical waivers available)
