Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and manage compensation strategies and benefit programs to ensure market competitivenessCollaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to align compensation and benefits with business goalsEnsure compliance with compensation and benefits laws and prepare reports for senior managementRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field;
