Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the Marketing Director and team with daily tasks and project support.
- Develop and manage content for various marketing materials, including websites, e-blasts, and presentations.
- Communicate professionally with vendors and internal team members.
- Maintain and create technical documents, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Support corporate event planning and manage social media updates as directed.
- Ensure efficient organization of digital and printed files.
Qualifications :
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in administrative, sales, or marketing roles is a plus.
- Strong business communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and Constant Contact.
- Familiarity with SEO writing and AI tools is beneficial.
