The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) is responsible for assisting the Nurse Manager in providing overall leadership and direction for the defined department (s) and for creating an environment that fosters a multidisciplinary team and collaborative approach to care that achieves operational and "Clinical excellence and standards of care.
Supervises all assigned caregivers within the department per current organizational structure.

Required qualifications :
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Upon hire : Washington Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Preferred qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- 2 years RN, with one year in the specialty
- 2 years Prior nursing management
