Role : Lab Domain Consultants / Lab informatics
Location : Remote
Mandatory Skills- Lab informatics, instruments, applications, data & workflows in the context of Research or Manufacturing Labs
Key responsibilities :
- Should have strong Domain Consulting experience in Life Sciences Lab's ecosystem
- Proficient with Lab informatics, instruments, applications, data & workflows in the context of Research or Manufacturing Labs
- Well versed with Lab standards such as Allotrope, SILA or equivalent
- Knowledge of emerging Lab trends like connected labs and lab automation
- Has strong functional and reasonable technical know-how of Labs ecosystem to be able to understand As Is landscape, problem statements, requirements
- Design process / IT solutions and align with Business goals (., lab efficiency improvement / transformation)
- Analyze As Is state (applications, data systems, workflows, , interview Client stakeholders and document Requirements / To Be State
- Data mapping / documentation across Source & Target Data systems’ (. Data Sources & Data integration platform)
- Collaborate & assist Technical Architect & Developers for Design, development and delivery of process & IT solutions / projects
- Support small to medium-size teams to deliver management consulting projects
- Execute a transformational change plan aligned with client’s business strategy.
- Lead presentations for the entire project with the client
- Life Sciences Industry expertise with understanding of US healthcare ecosystem
- Ability to solve complex business problems and deliver client delight.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with an aptitude to learn quickly.
- Excellent written / oral, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Cross-cultural competence with an ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
