Job Description
A Project Manager at BAE Systems plays a critical role in assisting the Government Program Manager in the day-to-day planning and execution activities of the program.
The primary responsibilities of this role include providing meeting support, managing schedules, overseeing activities, providing Regulatory and Statutory documentation support, and performing other tasks as needed.
The Project Manager will employ Critical Path Method and baseline disciplines, assist in developing and performing Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA), ensure the development, evaluation, and validation of assigned resources and associated time phasing within baseline, estimate, budget, and funding constraints.
This role will also involve defining relationships among acquisition phases, decision milestones, solicitations, contract awards, design reviews, contract deliveries, test and evaluation activities, production releases, operational deployment objectives, etc.
The Project Manager will collaborate with stakeholders to develop the program schedule and export schedules as needed for the program office.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Minimum 10 years' experience with MMIII ICBM systems.
Proven experience in project management, preferably in a government contracting environment.
Ability to obtain Government Secret security clearance or higher, and the ability to obtain a Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.
Proven experience supporting cross-department communications and collaboration.
Self-directed; works independently, familiar with Air Force and Government processes.
Well organized; drives task to closure.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (, Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
IMDS experience and understanding.
Technical writing.
Strong knowledge of Critical Path Method and baseline disciplines.
Familiarity with Regulatory and Statutory documentation requirements.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range : $92520 - $157320
