Salesforce Inc. seeks Quality Assurance Manager in San Francisco, CA :

Job Duties

  • Develop and review QA Test Plans which outline overall QA strategy, QA Process & QA Best Practices to both internal project and customer teams.
  • Create and maintain Test artifacts including Test Cases, Test Scripts and Test Execution Status Reports.
  • Monitor daily tasks to the QA Consultants based on daily priorities and project business requirements.
  • Communicate overall QA Status on Customer Implementations to both internal project and customer teams.
  • Work with various project teams across customer implementations.
  • Monitor that the appropriate level of quality is incorporated into our customer implementations.
  • Participate in daily project status calls and defect internal triage calls if required.
  • Collaborate with customer teams during User Acceptance testing (UAT) phase.
  • Track and highlight Critical / Blocker defects to the project team if timely progress is not seen on their resolution.
  • Participate in sessions with SBAs and Developers if more information is required for the QA team to perform their testing activities.
  • Adapt to customer processes and integrate them into day to day as needed without compromising standard methodologies and quality.
  • Demonstrate initiative in all customer implementations using onshore / offshore model by closely working with various Project Managers on a daily basis.
  • Collaborate with QA consultants on multiple projects with teams spanning in multiple time zones.

Minimum Requirements

Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the field of software engineering / program analysis or two (2) years of experience in the job offered;

or Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of experience in the field of software engineering / program analysis or five (5) years of experience in the job offered.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).

Salary

$160,139.00 - $192,500.00 per annum.
