Duties :
- Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for commercial fence projects
- Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine the scope of work and materials required
- Collaborate with project managers and contractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes
- Use fence take off software to create estimates
- Analyze project costs and develop strategies to minimize expenses while maintaining quality standards
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services
- Prepare bid proposals and participate in bid meetings with contractors
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred but not necessary
- Proficiency or ability to learn takeoff and CRM software
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

We are looking for someone able to manage all aspects of commercial fence projects from beginning to end. Mostly stand-alone with only additional support from upper management and other team members.
We are looking for someone who is driven, motivated and has attention to detail. Experience in the fencing industry is a plus but not necessary.
