District Service Manager - Imaging Systems (Travel : Kansas / Nebraska)

As a District Service Manager, you will lead and manage a team of Field Service Engineers for Imaging Systems customer services, participating in the development and implementation of strategic and tactical plans to achieve annual revenue targets from core business and value-added services.

Your team will be responsible for customer satisfaction, performing to maintain and enhance the image of Philips in the local marketplace.

Your role :

• Full profit & loss (P&L) responsibilities
• Approximately 60% travel across the specified geography (Kansas and Nebraska) is required. The average driving time is 1-4 hours daily.

Occasional overnight stays and travel by air and / or train may be required.

You're the right fit if :

• You've acquired 7+ years of experience in leadership within equipment services or sales. Diagnostic imaging or related healthcare technology background highly preferred.
• Your skills include solid experience managing a profit / loss business and the ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives to generate growth in revenue;

ability to create competitive strategies and plans.

• You have a bachelor's degree. MBA preferred.
• You have excellent leadership, teamwork, influencing, mentoring, coaching, and interpersonal skills; excellent analytical, organization, and time management skills;

effective communication skills including demonstrated stand-up presentation skills, group facilitation, and ability to effectively interact with customers.

• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .
• You must be able to :
• Travel for business and operate a company motor vehicle / drive (must maintain licensure and comply with fleet policy).
• Work in an office / home office and / or remote setting, as well as in a hospital / healthcare environment; adhere to requirements.
• Work flexible hours.
• Wear all required personal protective equipment.
• Lead / supervise others.
• Comply with vendor credentialing.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The annual pay range for this position in KS and NE is $98,000 to $166,000.

This role also includes company fleet / car, training, and advancement opportunities. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge / skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
