Job Location : Burnsville, Eden Prairie, Plymouth with occasional float to Woodbury, White Bear Lake, and St. Paul Clinics Average 25 hours a week

Summary of Essential Job Functions

• Perform lower extremity venous duplex ultrasound exams for venous insufficiency
• Perform lower extremity vein screenings for assessing superficial veins for reflux
• Perform lower extremity venous duplex ultrasound exams for DVT
• Perform ABI exams for peripheral arterial disease
• Prep patient room and supplies for each procedure
• Conduct inventory and order medical supplies
• Assist the physician with surgical and non-surgical procedures :
• Endovenous Laser Ablation (EVLA)
• Ambulatory Phlebectomy
• Sclerotherapy
• After each procedure applying compression stockings to the patient
• Clean and setup room for next procedure
• Pack and unpack items needed for each location pre and post travel to each clinic (paid hours and why they are 10 hour days)
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduation from Registered Vascular Technologist program (2 year minimum)
• Maintain registry with ARDMS
• At least 2 years of work experience
