Responsibilities
Client Interaction : Serve as the initial contact for clients, addressing inquiries related to their insurance policies.
Policy Management : Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and coverage options.
Problem Resolution : Handle customer requests and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Documentation : Accurately record customer interactions and update client information in our systems.
Cross-Department Collaboration : Work closely with other teams to provide comprehensive support to clients.
Continuous Improvement : Participate in training to enhance knowledge of insurance products and improve service
delivery.
Requirement
Experience : Prior experience in customer service, ideally in the insurance industry.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills necessary for effective client interaction.
Problem-Solving : Ability to assess situations and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
Detail-Oriented : High attention to detail to ensure accurate information is provided to clients.
