Partnerships Manager (SaaS)

Primary Responsibilities :

Manage Partner Opportunities : Oversee a steady pipeline of current partner opportunities to ensure alignment with company strategy.

Collaborate for Maximization : Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to maximize partnership potential.

Expand Product Adoption : Grow existing relationships by integrating the full suite of other products.

Drive Revenue Growth : Lead revenue growth initiatives, facilitate product discussions, and prioritize feedback to enhance the partner development roadmap.

Brand Awareness and Communication : Partner with Marketing to build brand awareness and communicate product expansions and value to partners through product demos, stewardship meetings, QBRs, and other channels.

Cross-Functional Support : Collaborate across departments to manage stakeholder relationships and ensure high levels of end-user satisfaction in administration, onboarding, and operational workflows.

Minimum Qualifications :

Education : BA / BS Degree.

Experience : Over 3 years of experience in SaaS strategic alliances or partnerships.

Industry Knowledge : Experience in SaaS within healthcare, education, fintech, or compliance sectors.
