Responsibilities : Export Compliance Specialist (Senior) Crystal City, VA Responsible to assist the Government in facilitating export related policy activities and support the F-35 Export Compliance Office including preparation and coordination of presentations for committee review, interacting with applicable interagency partners.
Department of State for export licenses, and interpreting / maintaining export-related documentation. Duties will include :
- Maintaining knowledge of export compliance standards and regulations
- Manage activities with International Traffic in Arms regulations (ITAR) including licensing and process reviews
- Support briefing activities to update leadership and staff of current export compliance issues and status
Qualifications : Required Experience / Education :
- Experience with flag-officer level briefings and senior-level interface
- Demonstrated knowledge of Low Observable / Counter-Low Observable (LO / CLO) LO / CLO aircraft programs and systems
- Master’s degree
- Or - Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years additional work experience related to import / export related functions
- 10 years’ experience performing duties related to import / export of Government logistics
- TS / SCI SAR clearance
