Prinsco has added a new role at our Prinsburg manufacturing plant for a trainer who is bi-lingual in Spanish. This position pays between $22-$25 / hr.
Now offering a sign on bonus of $500, a full benefit package including medical, dental, vision and 401k with a company match.
The Production Trainer will be accountable for :
- Learning Prinsco’s processes and equipment operation to a high degree of proficiency in order to teach others.
- Lead safety committee meetings and process improvement projects.
- Certify employees in forklift, crane, and other equipment operation as required

We require the following qualifications :
- A minimum of six months of manufacturing or production experience, preferably in a leadership role, including machine operation.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with effective communication skills with the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram forms.
- The flexibility to work on all three shifts as needed, with primary assignment on first shift.
- Maintain a valid state auto driver’s license with the flexibility to travel to other plants up to 15% of the time..
- Forklift experience preferred with the ability to become a certified trainer.
- The ability to lift up to 75 pounds, use hands / arms for reaching, and standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, or crouching over 2 / 3 of the workday.
