As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you are the first person to introduce a practice to Torch. It
will be your enthusiasm for how we can help practices reduce overhead and simplify practice operations
that will lead to a meeting with one of our practice consultants (Account Executives or AEs). The SDR
teams primary focus and responsibility is to build a sales pipeline by setting meetings with doctors who
are interested in learning more about Torch.

Began some type of work (in any field) upon graduation
Overcame adversity in some way (athletics difficult job or industry military

Sales major or minor in college

Sales training or certification
Experience working in dental office or other medical office (office

experience its not exclusively in an inbound role enterprise role a role

and explanation of deliverables. Goes above and beyond minimum
expectations rather than going through the motions.

Willing to show humility while focusing on achieving the end result. Unafraid

would.

Displays a student mindset with tangible examples of their ability to apply
