We are seeking a driven B2B Brand Marketing Manage r to collaborate closely with our wholesale team in enhancing HydroPeptide's brand visibility and driving sales growth within the spa and medical aesthetic channels.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in professional skincare, beauty or esthetic industry particularly with brands known for their scientific focus.

As the B2B Brand Marketing Manage r, you will be instrumental in expanding our brand presence, fostering strategic partnerships, and implementing targeted marketing strategies tailored to our professional business.

The details :

  • Location : Hybrid this role will work from our Bellevue office 3 days / week and from home the remainder. However, additional on-site presence may be required to support team collaboration, meetings, and other business needs.
  • Hours / Contract : Full Time; working typical PT business hours
  • Physical requirements : Ability to handle long periods of both sitting and screen time. Adjusting or moving objects up to 15 pounds in all directions.
  • Travel requirements : Occasional travel for trade shows
  • Compensation : $120,000 annual with annual bonus potential

As the B2B Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for :

Marketing Strategy & Execution :

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share within the professional skincare industry.
  • Partner with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Create promotions and marketing toolkits that boost customer engagement and order size.
  • Conduct market research and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and improve results.

Email & SMS Marketing :

  • Plan and execute targeted B2B email and SMS campaigns focused on customer acquisition and retention.
  • Manage the email calendar, create segmented campaigns, and track performance to optimize engagement.

Media & Event Support :

  • Collaborate on paid media campaigns, manage event marketing initiatives, and build relationships with key opinion leaders.
  • Work cross-functionally to create marketing collateral, update the professional website, and enhance brand visibility.
  • Supporting in-person events, tradeshows, and webinars with strategic marketing initiatives.

Creative & Content Development :

  • Lead the creation of marketing materials, including lookbooks, merchandising assets, and promotional kits.
  • Develop video content in collaboration with various teams for cross-channel distribution.

We want you to have :

  • 3-5+ years of experience in B2B / brand marketing within the professional skincare, beauty, or esthetic industry.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth in the professional skincare industry.
  • Ability to leverage data and instincts to identify business opportunities and craft effective partner marketing tactics.
  • Experience reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and the ability to analyze data to derive actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, paired with a sense of urgency and follow-through.
  • A service-oriented attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with a proven ability to influence others while maintaining positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) preferred.

What can help you really stand out :

  • Strong understanding of skincare science, ingredients, and product formulations, particularly within brands with a scientific focus.
  • Relevant experience marketing in the spa or medical spa space.
