As a Loan Processor, your customer service acumen and financial background will allow you to help families purchase high-quality homes in your community.
You’ll act as a liaison between the borrower, sales team, and underwriting department to ensure a helpful and friendly home buying experience.
Candidates who have experience in the following industries are encouraged to apply :
- Banking (Teller, Member Service Representative, Universal Banker)
- Food / Beverage (Server, Bartender)
- Retail (Sales associate, Manager)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain frequent communication while providing exceptional customer service to homebuyers, personnel, and the Homebuilding divisions throughout the entire loan process
- Manage multiple loan files
- Collect and record customer information in a timely manner to ensure timely processing of compliant mortgage loan files
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of each loan file processed prior to passing to the closing department
- Follow up on submitted loans and / or pended loans
- Coordinate closing paperwork and tasks, as required
- Remain knowledgeable in all loan programs and guidelines as well as company approved Broker options
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred
- Excellent customer service skills, sales background a plus
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
- Strong oral and written communication skills
