Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Problem-Solving : Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments as necessary.
- Follow-Up : Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer issues are resolved and customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient customer service operation.
- Performance Metrics : Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, including call handling metrics and customer satisfaction scores.
- Continuous Improvement : Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance customer service skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong active listening skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
